Cindy Scibetta-Butts’ favorite place to be is coaching teams and individuals to help them develop their talent and show up at their best in their work and in their life. She has had two parallel tracks for her entire career - HR leadership roles with a focus on talent within the growing wellbeing industry. She has served on a variety of teams building HR leadership strategies and systems for high growth organizations and has developed performance management and onboarding programs that build strong cultures and attract top talent.

Cindy excels at leading team and individual coaching sessions that have a positive and lasting impact on both performance and wellbeing. She prides herself on creating a safe place for people to be genuine, authentic, natural, and brave.

She is an experienced Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and integrates the philosophy of Strengths in everything she does. Cindy shines a spotlight on what is right with people, building on our natural talents rather than fixating on what is wrong with people. She notes that our Strengths don’t always work to our advantage - sometimes these natural talents actually get in our way! And understanding our Strengths and having the opportunity to develop them makes all the difference in our work and in our lives.

In early 2018, Cindy launched Grow with Strengths to help businesses and their teams grow their talent so they can do great things together. She is also an ACE Certified Coach and has a BA from the University of New Hampshire in Communications and French. She and her husband live in Rhode Island and they have two grown daughters. Her major goal in life is to still be able to do cartwheels as a grandmother.

Gayle Draper is an inspiring career coach with 25+ years in the careers industry. Clients see her role as that of the North Star, guiding their journey to define and facilitate their career goals. She is the founder of Intentional Careers HR specializing in career coaching and career marketing for evolving leaders, senior management, and executive levels.

Her motto is simple: “Never be in a kayak but build your dragon boat (network) of colleagues and friends with a coach at the helm, to give you the momentum to move onto the next successful chapter in your work life”.

Coaching has always been a part of Gayle’s life—first as a Level III National Coach in gymnastics and now as a Certified TypeCoach-Master Coach. She is known for her energizing, authentic, and empathetic approach, as she helps clients bring their vision to fruition.

Gayle proudly served the SEAL Future Foundation as a Career Transition Coach to US Navy Seals, is a published member of the Forbes Coaching Council, and a national leader in the careers industry winning two Awards of Excellence, as a Community Outreach Specialist.

She is a recognized speaker and facilitator offering insights and practical content that can be easily implemented. Gayle is a natural at building forward momentum as she coaches people through employment transitions, leadership growth, and to greater workplace success.

With over two decades of experience in the technology industry, I've climbed the ranks from a humble developer to a Director of Sales Engineering. Along the way, I've gained valuable insights and built a vast network of connections that have allowed me to help countless individuals overcome obstacles and reach new heights in their careers.

But my journey doesn't stop there. I've also co-founded a successful private equity real estate firm, Value Investment Partners, which has managed over 3,000 units valued at over $300 million. Through this venture, I've honed my investing, entrepreneurship, and leadership skills – all of which I'm eager to share with you as we work together to conquer your career goals.
