Course Description

No matter what you do professionally, at least part of your job will involve negotiation, whether for yourself (salary, benefits, special assignments, promotions) or on behalf of your firm (with vendors, customers, partners). Negotiation is one of the core skills we all need, and importantly, it can be taught.
